Our Mission Statement
The foundation of the St. John Bosco Child Care & Development Center is based on the belief that children are a gift from God and we are called to nurture and educate children according to the Gospel values of Christ and His church. Together, as a Catholic community in our ministry, we will promote and provide a safe, educational and spirit-enriching environment that will allow children opportunities to build their self-esteem, learn self-help skills, discover their talents, create fellowship through their socialization, stimulate their intellect, and most importantly grow in their faith.
You can feel safe because...
Our center is equipped with a security system at the main entrance. This system requires each parent or person who is authorized to pick up a child to have their very own "security code".
Also...
Each classroom is set up with a "web camera". These cameras are hooked up to the Internet so that parents, who choose this option for a small monthly fee, will be able to catch glimpses of their little ones in action. The St. John Bosco web site is a "secured" site. Parents who have authorization to use the site will have a pass code to view the room in which their child is in.
Calling All Volunteers!
Do you have a special talent, like playing the guitar? How about puppeteering? Do you like to read stories... or even tell stories? Are you crafty?
We are looking for volunteers to come and spend a little time with the children to add to their days. If you would like to volunteer your time and talents to the wonderful gifts from God - children, then please contact us at the child care center.
